Membership Criteria

Membership in the Alliance is open to two types of organisations: PRC Implementers and PRC Supporters.  

PRC Implementers: Organisations such as repositories, preprint servers, peer review services, journals, publishers, and curation services. To join the Alliance, implementers must:

• provide information about the workflows, services, or infrastructures through which they implement PRC practices; AND

• describe how their practices align with the PRC Alliance Principles

PRC Supporters: Organisations such as research institutions, libraries, and funders. To join the Alliance, supporters must:

• provide information about the institutional policies, funding mechanisms, assessment practices or other types of activities through which they support PRC practices that are in alignment with the PRC Alliance Principles
